THE RESIDENCE – Two building’s, (43 rooms): We have student rooms starting at 350euros, for 1 person (up to 9,8²m) and at for 1 person 450€ (up to 150sq.f = 12,2²m), 600euros, for two persons (up to 250sq.f = 22,2²m), 450€ deposit, only 17 minutes by metro from St. Michel/Notre Dame. The rooms are very private and very quiet, furnished with bed, table, wardrobe, table lamp, shelf’s, mirror, light and blankets. You share 9 individual showers and 8 individual toilets, 2 kitchens and 2 common areas with Internet–TV (over 250 international channels), VCR/ DVD/internet-“Wireless”. New !!! TV-Cinema 100 movies every week new movies!!! The building is large, renovated, very clean, and with a very nice and big garden behind (+BBQ). There is a pay phone at cost and several telephone lines for incoming calls, as well as internet terminals. There is a very good atmosphere with international students. Neighborhood: green area, supermarket (100m), market (100m), castle (college), big park with lake (1km) and river (200m). Rent includes utilities!!! PRICES: Single room 10-12 square meters: If you stay only 1month it would cost 490euro, if you stay 45 days it will cost 725euro; 2 months 475euro/mth; 3 months until 12 months 450euros/mth. After 12month of stay the price going up to 490euros/mth. Double room 17-22 square meters: If you stay only 1 month it would cost 650euros/mth if entire double-room were rent it only for one person himself, or (320euros/person) if room is shared “maximum 2 people in one double room”. 45 days it will cost 985euros. 2 months 590euros/mth if entire double-room is rent it only for one person himself, if room is shared maximum 2 people in one double-room (320euros/person). 3 months until 12 months 585euros/mth if entire double-room is rent it only for one person himself, if room is shared “maximum 2 people in one double-room” (300euros/person). After 12month of stay the price going up to 650euros/mth. or (320euros/person) if room is shared “maximum 2 people in one double room“. Couple room (rooms for a couple with 1 double bed) 13 – 15 square meters: If you stay only 1 month it would cost 550euros, if you stay 45 days it will cost 795euros, 2 months 525euros/mth; 3 months until 12 months 500euros/mth. Small single rooms 7-8 square meters: If you stay only 1month it would cost 395euros/mth. If you stay 2months 380euros/mth. 3months until 12months 370euros/mth. Discount: There is a discount for (whole month is due) August and December for single room 395euros and double room 495euros!!! (only when you leave and arrive in August or December).
