We currently have a combination of European immigrants, Students and professionals as residents and would like to add more to our house! Rooms currently available to rent: Single rooms (3) Double Rooms (1) Twin size rooms (2) Family rooms (1) Room Rentals (Incs. ALL Utility Bills; gas, electricity and heating, WIFI access and SECURE ON-SITE parking - CCTV in operation 24/7): We have single rooms ( £75per week) and double rooms ( £105 per week) Each room is furnished with a wardrobe, a colour tv, coffee making facilities, dressing table, a single or double bed, wash basin, and bed linens. Minimum stay policy We require you to stay for a minimum of 1 week to qualify for the offer of £75 per week for a single room and £105 per week for a double room. If you would like access to our shared kitchen and/or laundry room, we require you to stay for a minimum of 2 weeks. Security Bond We require a £20 bond which depending on the state of the room, it may be returned to you after room inspection. A bit about us! Each room is fully furnished with a colour TV, coffee making facilities, a single or double bed, wardrobe, wash basin, a dressing table with a mirror. Unfortunately, We do not offer en-suite rooms, showers and toilets are shared. Included in your weekly rental (subject to a minimum of 2 weeks stay) : Access to our Shared Kitchen - Where you can cook, prepare and store your food, you will have access to a fridge, freezer, and shelve. Lounge Room - In our Lounge Room, you will find a 60 inch TV with access to Digital channels, this is a communal spot where our guests would occasionally congregate on our lush leather sofas and converse! Laundry Room - Those staying for 2 weeks or longer will have full access to our washing, drying and ironing facilities. Free parking - Our car park is safe, secure and spacious. We can accommodate up to 10 cars. Free wireless internet (8 mbps unlimited download) - depending on how far your room is from the nearest router - we can't guarantee WiFi access in rooms, however, the majority of rooms will pick up a 'fair' or 'good' signal, alternatively, you can always pop down to the lounge room with your laptop where you will receive an excellent signal.
