Why International students?International students are nothing to be scared of, in fact they are amongst the most reliable tenants. They are respectful to new cultures and more importantly, their hosts. They are in general, less rowdy than 'home grown' students and their attitude to their studies is usually much more mature.
If you have been a good landlord, there is an excellent chance the student will recommend you to other students taking part in the exchange the following year. This means you won't have to worry about finding a replacement tenant! |
